Lockdown should be reached out by two additional weeks to observe positive outcomes: DG Health

Chief General of Health Services Dr. Asela Gunawardane said yesterday the current lockdown would need to be reached out by no less than two additional weeks to observe the result of the current travel limitations. 

He told the media that if individuals follow wellbeing rehearses appropriately, the quantity of positive cases would lessen and the nation could be resumed. 

He said the nation would get back to business as usual before the finish of October in case immunizations are finished by mid October.
