Children aged 12 to 19 with impairments or chronic illnesses will be vaccinated against COVID-19 beginning Friday (September 24), according to State Minister Prof. Channa Jayasumana.
According to reports, Pfizer's anti-coronavirus vaccine would be utilized for this purpose.
The vaccinations will be administered at the Lady Ridgeway Children's Hospital in Colombo, according to Director-General of Health Services Dr. Asela Gunawardena.
