COVID-19 kills 79 more people, bringing the death toll to 12,609.

The Director-General of Health Services verified 79 more COVID-19-related deaths that happened yesterday (24) today, bringing the overall death toll to 12,609.

The deceased include 38 ladies and 41 males, according to the Government Information Department.

There are 57 people over the age of 60 among the deceased, with 22 being between the ages of 30 and 59.

There have been no documented deaths among those under the age of 30.
